New to Bubblefest this year, the Buffalo Museum of Science is introducing an entirely new element to the soapy mix. On Saturday, May 11, the Corning Museum of Glass will be on-hand at the museum to participate in the action, with glass-blowing demonstrations that are guaranteed to blow the kids’ minds. Also this year, Bubblefest will introduce Kiddy Car Wash, along with super-sized bubbles that kids can actually stand inside of. Forget the canned Disneyland routine – give the kids what they want in the form of clean sudsy fun, right here in Buffalo!
What’s not to like? How often do you get a chance to dance in the dark surrounded by glow in the dark bubbles? Sorry, the Tekno Bubble Dance Room is just for kids! Then there’s the live music, also for kids, performed by Susan Rozler and Dave Ruch. On-stage bubble performances will be held at 10:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 1:30pm, 2:30pm and 3:30pm. Performance admission is $3 per non-member or $1 per BMS Member.
