The White Elephant Burlesque Society

In Buffalo we have a lot of opportunities to learn how to belly dance, pole dance, along with a number of other classes that are considered sexy to some, risqué to others, a great workout to those who take the classes, and highly entertaining all the way around. Now that we’ve covered those activities, it’s time to throw another one in the ring – burlesque classes! While there are burlesque classes offered throughout the year in Buffalo (see Mistress J Kiss for example), there is a traveling burlesque troupe coming to town in support of one of our theater companies.
C’mon Buffalonians, it’s time to try something completely different. On November 10 at 10:00am until November 11 at 8:00pm, The Alt Theatre Partners present workshops with The White Elephant Burlesque Society – along with performances there are master classes in start-up burlesque, and what city couldn’t use some more burlesque dancers? Now for something completely different…
