And then there were two. There’s still opportunity to buy a new condominium in Avant, but they are not for those with shallow pockets. The cheapest remaining unit is priced at $995,000 while the other is $1.3 million.
The 27 residences at Uniland Development Company’s Avant occupy the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of the building. Every condominium has at least one balcony and operable windows in the living room and bedrooms, many of the larger units have two balconies. Every resident has two designated parking spaces in the underground garage.
22 units are sold, including three units priced in the seven figures. Three additional units are under contract but have not closed yet.

The residents also have a private solarium on the 16th floor which has kitchen facilities, seating area, television, and fireplace that can be booked for meetings or parties.
Each unit has two dedicated parking spots in the building’s underground parking garage.
With sales winding down at Avant, is Uniland’s proposed residential building on Gates Circle on the horizon?
