Buffalo’s first annual Bike Pageant

Until now I’ve never really heard of a bike pageant. I’ve heard of bike jousting and bike ballet, but not a bike pageant. So I suppose, now I’ve heard it all (when it comes to bikes that is). This Saturday stop by Campus WheelWorks on Elmwood Avenue (across from Spot Coffee) to check out the spectacular bike entries in the inaugural pageant. Eight local artists have taken the artistry of bikes to the next level and have created Grimm’s Fairy Tale Bicycles. There will be a People’s Choice for the greatest creation on two-wheels, and the pageant begins at 8pm (at Campus WW once again).
Best of all, each and every one of the pageant entrees will be auctioned off with proceeds benefitting GO Bike Buffalo and Buffalo bike culture in general. Join the fun… it’s gonna be a heck of a lot of fun as cyclists from all over the place are planning on stopping by throughout the course of the day to take a gander at some of the craziest bikes on the road.
Join the gang this Saturday June 2nd (all day) at Campus WheelWorks for Buffalo’s first annual Bike Pageant!
