Inspired by Nature

By Jessica Edwards:

The ASID (American Society of Interior Design) Student Chapter at Buffalo State College will be hosting an art installation this Saturday (8:00pm to 11:00pm), at the Big Orbit Gallery on Essex Street.

The interactive exhibit is based on the concept of sustainable design. The artwork being showcased is created from all recycled materials. The students selected their materials from various places… estate sale purchases, garbage picked objects, items from their homes, and even old art pieces were used to create new and creative designs.
The event will be accompanied by music from local DJs. Come support local art, while having a great time! Admission FREE. Cash Bar. Donations Accepted.
