The Campaign for Greater Buffalo and The Buffalo Young Preservationists are teaming up on Wednesday, October 19th, 2011 to bring a youthful hip presence to the National Preservation Conference.
Buffalo’s Young Preservationists are hosting a meet and greet and at Pearl Street Brewery starting at 8pm. The group will be holding a raffle for some seriously neat historic photos. This event is aimed at networking the youth with the experts – to transfer the right energy in both directions.
After the raffle, preservationists can walk over to the historic Dun Building (Green and Wicks), only steps from the Pearl Street Brewery, to see short videos by John Paget and dance the night away with throwback tunes from DJ Apex Hunter ($10 at the door). The party is a fundraiser with all proceeds going to preserving Buffalo.
