Are You Curious to Know More About the National Preservation Conference?

What places will be featured? Who will speak? Where will people stay? What do they want to do? Is there anything special happening? When can I sign up? How can I help? All these and many more questions will be answered later today at a public meeting at the Buffalo and Erie County Historical Society starting at 5:00 pm.
The visiting National Trust for Historic Preservation team from Washington will be in Buffalo and the Greater Niagara region, including Canada, all week conducting dry runs of the field sessions and double checking details in advance of publishing the preliminary program June 1. More than 35 field trips are scheduled and dozens of education sessions as well as entertainment and social events for more than 2,000 guests to our community.

Buffalo is hosting the 2011 National Preservation Conference from October 18-23.
Curious to know more? Everyone is welcome to attend!
