Construction Watch: 600 Delaware Renovation

Vacant for nearly eight years, redevelopment of 600 Delaware Avenue is nearing completion. Boasting a new red brick facade, a reworked entryway, and new windows, the building is soon to be the home of Alliance Advisory Group, Inc., a financial services firm now located in Amherst. The company received a $311,000 incentive package from the Erie County Industrial Development Agency to acquire and renovate the building and relocate its headquarters to the Delaware Avenue location.
The 21,300 sq.ft. two-story building officially changed hands in late October 2010 for $1.4 million. The previous owner was DANFB Associates, LLC, an affiliate of Benderson Development.
