This week, Uniland Development Company announced that a lease has been signed for 23,877 square feet of office space at 300 Airborne Parkway in Cheektowaga. The Class A offices will be occupied by a division of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
“We pride ourselves on offering the type of Class A office space, property management services and amenities that clients like the Department of Homeland Security expect,” said Michael Montante, vice president at Uniland. “Uniland is proud to work with this prestigious arm of the United States Government whose charge is to ensure we can all live and raise our families in a safe and secure environment.”
As Uniland’s newest addition to Airborne Business Park in Cheektowaga, the sleek modern design of the 108,000 square foot three-story office building is meant to blend with that of the neighboring Buffalo Niagara International Airport. The exterior design of the building features modern curved metal panels, spandrel glass accents and an expansive tinted glass window system that provides the building interior with daylight. A contemporary and efficient floor plan design can accommodate employers of any size and features attractive finishes, wall coverings, ceramic tile and cherry-finished wood doors.
