From BR Forums: 4 Buffalo?

Over in the Buffalo Rising Forums, frequent Buffalo Rising commenter LouisTully points out an area of the city in need of some aesthetic help.

LouisTully: I realize that the stretch of Elmwood between Kenmore Ave. and Hertel has been left for dead by the city, but why can’t WIVB Channel 4 make their property look like there is actually a tenant? I’ve seen vacant properties that look nicer. Aside from the design of the building which is hideous and can’t be fixed, how about some landscaping. Their curb appeal in on par with a Wilson Farms. That entire stretch of Elmwood is so deeply in need of being cared for. It’s disgusting.
