Jam On Today!

In addition to great live music, Tower Jam will be offering a bunch of culinary offerings throughout the day in preparation for today’s after work downtown gathering. One of the draws will be the pig roast that will be set up right on the plaza of the tower. Event organizer, Roaming Buffaloes Outdoor Adventure Club, has made it a point to add a number of distinct features to the concert series in order to make each show as memorable as possible – this will definitely not be your ordinary hot dog and hamburger induced concert series. For those interested in kicking off the day early, an outdoor lunch will be served on the plaza to get things started. Then, concert time culinary offerings will include:

Flip Side Restaurant providing Pulled Pork

Bistro Europa providing watermelon gazpacho, meatball sliders, mini panna cotta with rhubarb, and scallop ceviche with pineapple and avocado.

Riley’s Roast Beef providing Red Osier Roast Beef on DeCamillo’s rolls and Hot Nachos

Roaming Buffaloes providing hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, Italian sausages, pulled pork sandwich’s, salted potatoes, pork & beans platter.

Pearl St. Grill & Brewery providing a full selection of beer and wine

And there you have it. The standards are available for those who want them. The pig roast will be on hand for the adventurous, and even the vegetarians will have something to nibble on while Brownman cranks out an incredible set of Miles Davis tunes.
