Buffalo Girlfriend Getaways (video)

Erin Habes and the Convention and Visitors Bureau have teamed up to produce a pretty cool promotional video that they hope will go viral. The piece is directed to Buffalonians who are looking for a fun staycation. It’s also geared towards those unfamiliar with Greater Buffalo – it shows a nice cross section of shopping and entertainment choices that many may not be aware of.

I have to hand it to this duo for putting together a marketing tool that feels natural and looks great. Nothing canned. Erin does an excellent job of keeping the energy rolling, while the videographer captures the sights and sounds nicely without going overboard. The team fit a lot of content into the piece, focusing a great deal on Elmwood, Hertel and Chippewa, without getting boring or overwhelming – perfect for sharing with your friends. Hotels, shopping, dining… even some snapshots of the neighborhoods. It’s time to deliver the message to your friends. So what are you waiting for girlfriend?
