It’s that time of year again, folks, time when Buffalo Place unveils their plans for our summertime listening enjoyment. This is only the release for the Rock the Harbor series held at the Erie Canal Harbor, not Thursday in the Square. We’ll have to keep you posted about that one.
We know the comments on this post will fill up pretty quickly as people express excitement over their favorite band coming to town, or groan about the port-a-potties and pricey beer, or claim that the line-up is too hip/not hip enough, but think of this: We Buffalonians get the opportunity to attend a ton of free and/or affordable outdoor concerts in a variety of stunning and interesting locations all summer long–from big shows at Artpark to smaller gigs such as the Elmwood Village music series. So, feel free to weigh-in below, but let’s not lose sight of the sheer volume of opportunities we’ll have this summer to drink beer, catch a show, hang with friends and soak up a little sunshine!
