The World’s largest Dyngus Day Celebration proved to be another exceptional event held throughout the city and region. Record setting numbers came out to enjoy dozens of festivities during Easter Monday’s unseasonably mild weather.
Buffalo’s historic Polonia neighborhood flocked with activity, as people from all ethnic groups came out to participate in the spectacle.
At the heart of the festival sparkled Buffalo Central Terminal, which bustled with activity ranging from regional Polish food, Polka music and dancers, beer, and thousands of Buffalonians having an unforgettable time.
Buffalo’s very own, “Those Idiots” inspired the crowd with their rousing music.
For the first time ever, a large tent was set up outside where people could enjoy more beer, music, and fun which stirred with activity throughout the afternoon and night.
Every year, Dyngus Day Buffalo gets bigger and better, bringing Buffalo’s historic roots back to regular tradition, demonstrating the character and vibe of its hard working residents and colorful past.
