Sunday May 16, from 11am- 4:30pm at 96 Jewett Parkway, the Parkside Community Association (PCA) presents their 12th Annual Tour of Homes, Visitors are promised a fascinating look inside historical residences in Parkside Buffalo.
Come absorb the historical residences in Buffalo’s beautiful Historic District of Parkside. Many of the homes show a reflection of their 19th century origin in architectural style along with interiors and furnishings. Others present an exciting contemporary approach to city living.
The PCA is one of Buffalo’s oldest, largest and most active neighborhood associations. The Parkside area is an excellent example of diverse architectural styles such as the American Four Square, Victorian, Colonial Revival, Craftsman, and the Arts and Craft Bungalow.
The tour will begin at the church of the Good Shepherd, on the corner of Jewett Parkway and Summit Avenue. Information, tickets and maps will be provided at the start of the tour. A mini tour of the Darwin Martin House Complex is included, which also includes the Gardener’s Cottage, Barton House and the stunning Toshiko Mori designed Visitors Center (image).

Those seeking advance tickets can obtain them at the PCA office, at 2318 Main Street in Buffalo or by calling the office at 716-838-1240 during regular business hours.
