Greater Tuna Industry Night and Final Week

On December 2nd, for just $5, WNY artists(and guests) can get in to see Greater Tuna on the last Wednesday of its closing week.

Written by Jaston Williams, Joe Sears and Ed Howard, Greater Tuna is a Texas style send-up of a small town with small minds.  American Repertory Theater of WNY’s Chris Standart and Thomas LaChiusa play all 20 characters in a whirlwind of costume and character changes in this play directed by Thom Dooney.
Before the holiday parties gear up and you’re bogged down, why not take a few hours to get some good laughs in?
December 2 – 5 @ 7:30PM.  $18 general, $14 student & veteran. 716.884.4858 for reservations, more information at www.artofwny.org

Sometimes the authors at Buffalo Rising work on collaborative efforts in order to cover various events and stories. These posts can not be attributed to one single author, as it is a combined effort. Often times a formation of a post gets started by one writer and passed along to one or more writers before completion. At times there are author attributions at the end of one of these posts. Other times, “Buffalo Rising” is simply offered up as the creator of the article. In either case, the writing is original to Buffalo Rising.
