Travelers Insurance and United Way of Buffalo and Erie County have teamed up to garner volunteer efforts from the community as an alternative way to help neighbors and struggling communities during these trying and harsh economic times.
Participating include the African-American Cultural Center, Be-A-Friend Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Clubs of Buffalo, Buffalo Urban League, Compass House, Girl Scouts, Hearts and Hands, Hispanics United, Joan A. Male, Literacy Volunteers, Meals on Wheels, Native American Community Services, Olmsted Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired, and the United Way of Buffalo and Erie County.
