Beginning on Thursday, June 25th Buffalo will commence its fourth annual celebration of the city known as the
Buffalo Homecoming Citybration. It
will be a four-day career, networking and discovery festival, ending on Sunday, June 28th, and showcasing the
positive assets that make Buffalo a wonderful city to live and work in. The ultimate goal is to attract new
professionals and businesses to the area, while continuing to grow together as
a community towards greater achievements for all.
Byron Brown introduced the festival at a press conference on the Portico of
City Hall. He took pride in
stating, “The Buffalo Homecoming Citybration is a weekend to take stock in who
we are as a city.” Citybration poses a way to celebrate the good
things that surround us.

“The Investor and Entrepreneur High Tech Forum on Thursday, June 25th
is followed by the fourth annual Career Fair on Friday, June 26th,”
explains event organizer Marti Gorman.
The Forum will take place at the Albright-Knox and the Career Fair will
be in the Atrium of the ECC City Campus in Downtown Buffalo. It is an excellent opportunity for
entrepreneurs and innovators of all kinds. On top of that, breakfast and lunch will be provided.
events will include over a dozen tours all around the city. Tours include the Downtown Housing
Tour, and new Art Gallery Tour, and Buffalo Movie Tour, and tours of the
beautiful villages within the community.
“These are great ways to discover whole new facets of Buffalo,” said
Gorman. The festival will conclude
with a parade on Ring Road in Delaware Park on Sunday.
