Western New York’s
Chef Mark Wright is one of four candidates vying for American Culinary
Federation (
election. He was the local chapter’s original junior member in 1971, and has
been active ever since. Wright has the credentials, having served as the local
vice president.
Wright
has spent 25 years at the Transit Valley Country Club, eventually earning the
position as executive chef. He also educates young culinary students at
position of Culinary Arts Department Chair.

President Scott Steiner, and is elated by the opportunity that would see Wright
move into such a position of success. In support of Wright’s run, the local
fundraiser to support his candidacy. The party begins 1PM and is scheduled to
run until about 6PM on Sunday, March 29th at the Buffalo Irish
Center (245 Abbott Road). Obviously, fantastic food will be served, as well as
drinks, all with a backdrop of live music.
