Buffalo Homecoming Wants You!

If you’ve been following Marti Gorman’s pro-Buffalo adventures lately, then you may have heard that her Buffalo Homecoming group is planning a major launch event on Tuesday January 13th (6:00-8:00 pm). One of the best reasons to go to these year ’round Homecoming events, besides showing your support for Buffalo, is to meet others who also believe that Buffalo is making a graceful comeback. The upcoming launch event is to be held at Studio Arena Theater (Main Street), and it’s being geared towards those who are looking to participate in Homecoming events throughout the year. Of course anyone who is passionate about this city is welcome – from Marti’s latest shout-out:

“If you are in Buffalo, please attend the Buffalo Homecoming 2009 launch
event on Tuesday, January 13 from 6:00-8:00 at the Studio Arena Theater
(Main Street). Contribute your ideas on what Homecoming should
encompass, and find your niche in this event. Meet like-minded people
and become part of the process that culminates in this fabulous annual
party that showcases where we’ve been, where we are and where we’re
going in beautiful Buffalo!

If you are not (yet) in Buffalo, join one of the groups on
www.BuffaloHomecoming.com and contribute virtually from wherever you
are — and make plans to be in Buffalo during the last weekend in June.
This is going to be one heck of a party!”

The purpose of the launch is to ramp up for the actual Buffalo Homecoming event that takes place from June 25th through June 28th. That’s when a ton of ex-pats are expected to come back home and learn first hand about the latest developments. It’s also a time to research the job and housing market, while meeting other people who have already made the move, or may be planning one. Interested in helping to make 2009 Buffalo Homecoming the best Bring Back The Herd year yet? Then contact Marti info@BuffaloHomecoming.com – call 716-903-7155 with questions. Or just show up and have a good time supporting the city of Buffalo.
