Sing The Praises Of The Silver Beats

Buffalo’s audience went wild at the Sportsmen’s Tavern open mike night last Monday. The Silver Beats had a wonderful visit at Roxy’s Karaoke night on Wednesday. Tadaaki “Paul” Naganuma and Hajime “George” Kubo especially enjoyed a fried bologna sandwich and the famous steak sandwich during one of their visits to the Old Pink on Allen Street.

A young hip crowd welcomed them this past Thursday to the Pearl St Grill as they played two incredible sets. Area musicians that witnessed the performance were astounded at how the Silver Beats seemed to play their instruments exactly as the Beatles originally played them.
That was possibly the highest compliment one could bestow upon these talented visitors from Japan.

The Silver Beats departed Buffalo Saturday on their way back to New York City.
