Million Dollar Views: Waterfront Place

The Pasquale at Watefront Place is racing towards completion. And if you were considering buying a unit in the condominium tower, you had better hurry. According to Ellicott Development’s Chris Martoche, 34 of the 49 units are sold (signed contract with five percent deposit). With pre-sales at 70 percent, the developer recently announced that a second tower will be constructed at the Waterfront Village site.
The $30+ million development features a 13-story condominium tower with 49 condominium units, 14 three-story townhomes and a central park area.

Townhomes include a patio that will overlook the project’s landscaped common area. Two of the four completed townhome units, now priced from $459,900, are sold. Ellicott plans to lower the rooflines and scale back the size and price of future townhomes.

Both of the eleventh floor penthouse units (photo above) priced at over $1 million are under contract. With over 3000 sq.ft. of space, they are being sold as raw space with buyers planning to spend upwards of $200,000 each on finishes.
Other residences in the tower range from 1,342 sq.ft. for a one-bedroom unit priced from $295,000 to over 2,600 sq.ft., three-bedroom units priced from the high $700’s.
Each residence will include 10 to 12′ ceilings, gourmet kitchens with custom cabinets and granite countertops, hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, whirlpool tub and steam shower in master bathroom suites, and one or more balconies. Several units on the upper floors have rooftop terraces.
Units include dedicated parking spaces in a two-level enclosed garage and a separate storage unit in the building’s parking levels. The building will include a private fitness center and board/meeting room in a two-story wing yet to be built on the city-side of the building. An attendant/concierge will be available to assist residents.
Occupancy on the lowest floors is scheduled for October. Work on a second tower could be underway next year.
