Richard Price of Faerie Seeds is quite simply one of my very favorite people. He’s knowledgeable, kind and talented. This coming weekend, Richard will be at one of his favorite places–Urban Roots–conducting a hands-on workshop on seed starting.
I still have Richard’s seeds in my freezer, harvested from his beautiful heirloom tomatoes (per his instructions) and put away until now.
This will be Urban Roots’ first workshop of the season. It is free of cost, and you’ll walk home with a little pot of promise after learning about soil mixes, lighting and heat requirements. You’ll practice potting-up and be instructed in equipment, supplies and seedling care.
