YUM’s V-Day Guide: DiGiulio & Company

If you haven’t dined with DiGiulio and Company yet, tomorrow is the perfect evening to make your debut. Nestled nicely into a small niche on Hertel Avenue, this romantic and beautifully decorated restaurant is turning out some well-crafted, delicious food. Their regular menu is on view at their website (look for the link below), but their special Valentine’s Day menu is available for you here, as part of YUM’s V-Day Guide. If you won’t be venturing out on Valentine’s Day itself, rest assured, DiGiulio’s will be offering this special menu throughout the weekend.

Lobster Loves Rav’s TLA- homemade lobster mascarpone ravioli served under a sherry cream sauce 25

Cioppino, She’s with Me- clams, mussels and shrimp in a lobster and light saffron broth with a pappardelle pasta 32

Tres Chic Ahi Tuna- pan seared ahi tuna alongside a risotto cake, baby bok choy and Asian vinaigrette 28

SWF: Looking for a Good Time- escolar, a delicious white fish, served over lobster risotto and fried calamari 30

Sea That Great Bass- sea bass served with roasted fennel, lobster mashed potatoes under a lobster broth 30

Get Plucked- balsamic chicken with toasted garlic, gorgonzola and whipped potato 22

Hey, Babe…Oink! Oink!- 12oz karabuta pork chop with mashed sweet potatoes, confit cabbage and spiced cider sauce 28

Love Me Tender Lamb- braised lamb shank with sweet garlic whipped poatot and root vegetables 26

Be My Lamb Chop- served over goat cheese polenta, sauteed spinach and roasted red pepper demi glaze 35
