Mick reveals his upcoming date to interview Abby’s favorite Buffalo Sabre, while Ted attempts to defend grocery shopping with a girl who’s not exactly… well, a bring-around girl.
Webisode submission by Luanne diBernardo – A ten-webisode series that takes place in Buffalo. An additional webisode will be added each Monday until the series is complete. From Luanne:
HALF TIME is a 10-week webisode that most resembles a cross between Seinfeld and Sex and The City: Seinfeld because of its theme: a show about nothing. And Sex because each episode begins and ends with narratives that connect the themes within.
HALF TIME is basically the time-out conversations had between four characters (three guys, one girl) who gather every Sunday to watch the game.
Incorporating seemingly disparate dialogues that crossover thematically is a challenge when working within a six-minute framework. Even more challenging is developing characters you care about in under six minutes.
Paul Todaro, John Warren, Neal Moeller, and Marcy Savastano comprise Half Time’s ensemble cast. Chris Santucci is Director of Photography, Sound, and Producer. Mark Caragiulo is Director and Producer, and I’m a Writer, Editor and Producer – after 15 years, I returned to Buffalo in 2000 to work on book of short fiction; second web series.

BRO Reader Submission
We love to hear what the Buffalo community has to say. We offer a space to those who feel that they want to share their stories, without committing to writing ongoing articles. Typically reader submissions are one-offs that contribute to the broader Buffalo conversation.
