The American Liver Foundation’s Flavors of Buffalo offers an extraordinary opportunity; a five-course gourmet meal (paired with wine) prepared table-side by one of Buffalo’s premier chefs.
Each chef will prepare their signature dish for a table of ten guests. This year’s participating chefs are: Rob McGreevy of Deco Restaurant in the Adam’s Mark, Rick Pohlman of Rick’s on Main, Tai Trung of Papaya, Nick Cee of Le Metro, David Cassidy of Black & Blue Steak & Crab, Chef 2-2 of O Restaurant, and Kevin O’Connell, Jr. of O’Connell’s.
Beyond the sure-to-be fabulous dinner and dessert, there will be a cash bar, hors d’oeuvres and a silent auction featuring a variety of unique food and entertainment items. Seating is limited, so buy your tickets soon. Please don’t set your heart on a particular chef, as chefs are paired randomly with diners the night of the event. But don’t worry, they’re all outstanding!
