Lunch at The Chocolate Bar
Chippewa's Chocolate Shop has already scored big in the dessert category, but did you know they make unbelievably delicious sandwiches as well? Tatonka, Sparkles and I tried the place out for lunch yesterday and we were all very pleased with the food. Between the three of us we tried the turkey club sandwich, the Reuben, and a tuna fish. The bread was perfectly toasted on each order and the ingredients were as fresh as can be. Tatonka claimed that it was the best version of a turkey club that he had tried in a very long time. The eatery even nailed the size of the sandwich… easy to eat yet enough to fill you up.
Each dish came with potato chips and a thoughtful garnish. The presentation was excellent and event the water glasses were cool. We ate outside on the new patio and watched the bustle out on the street... it was funny to be eating on a patio on Chippewa. The Chocolate Bar has been getting a steady lunch crowd from the hotel (above) as well as the from the surrounding businesses. The lunch there was a real treat and we recommend it highly.
