Last week as I was perusing neo on Franklin and Allen, I came across this nifty and quite necessary item.
Though I am quite embarrassed to say, I was looking for a very late Christmas gift. Additionally embarrassing is that I came away with something only for myself.
Manufactured by the funky and fun gadget company Kikkerland, this parking meter alarm is an essential item for the urban dweller. It attaches to your keychain and holds about $2 worth of quarters. Additionally it has an alarm which alerts you when the time on your meter is up. The alarm isn't too loud, and the keychain, despite all of those quarters, isn't very heavy. At only $10, this is a must have.
neo carries a variety of Kikkerland products. Both amusing and functional (though the snorting pig LED light may not be considered truly functional), this manfucturer's products are worth the special stop.
