You can add this bathroom to the list of most unique and memorable bathrooms in Buffalo. It belongs to a new wine bar opening in Allentown (week before New Years). The wall have been hand painted by Antonette Lunan who is a fine arts major with a gifted talent in the art of calligraphy. She just completed the project in both the HIS and HERS bathrooms, and she could be seen out in front of the establishment hand-drawing a sign for the place.
The owner has been collecting wine quotes over the years and knew that someday he would use them to adorn the walls of his dream business. Reminiscent of an old chalkboard, the words surround all four walls, telling the tales of a wine-related yore. The scrolling words are befitting of the premise, as the inside of the soon-to-be-eatery/wine bar has seen no one walk through its doors since the days of prohibition.
