Let’s give some credit where it’s due. Rick Snowden bought the Miller Mansion (the former Nichols Middle School) in April 2004. He paid close to $1 million for the 12,000 sq.ft. masterpiece on Nottingham Terrace overlooking Delaware Park. He’s added this to the property.
According to Business First, he spent over $50,000 for this custom fountain. But he didn’t hide it in his back yard, but put it out front for everyone to enjoy. Good for him and better for us! Some may calling it showboating, but I call it awesome!
