Wines in the Wild 2006
Join us for the event of the summer! A Benefit for the Buffalo Zoo: Presented by the Pro Zoo Board at the Buffalo Zoological Gardens. Find out why Wines in the Wild has the reputation of being eTHEi event of the summer! Please join us at the Buffalo Zoo on Wednesday July 26 from 6pm-9pm at the Zoo; rain or shine. Your ticket provides all-inclusive access to a variety of food, dessert, wines, and beers from over 30 of your favorite local establishments. There will be live music from local-favorites, Kevin McCarthy and Sax Man Slim. Additional highlights include a free sea lion show, free golf lessons, cooking demonstrations, message therapy, and more. Thereis also a chinese auction presented by the Womenis Board.
Take in a balmy summer evening in one of the most unique environments around. Wines in the Wild is presented by the Pro Zoo Board and benefits the Zoois Adopt-An-Animal program. It's great to see stylish, hip, new restaurants pop up downtown such as Sea Bar on Ellicott Street, which specializes in contemporary Japanese food. A clean ultra-modern space, Sea Bar’s dining room is quaint and inviting. Breakfast at Home: Crepes
One of the perks my daughter's friends enjoy about a sleepover at my home (other than rearranging the furniture for movie time) are the crepes I serve our guests in the morning.
I can remember sleepover breakfasts from when I was a kid that consisted of potato chips and soda from the night before. If the lack of sleep didn't make us dizzy and irritable enough, the fat, salt and sugar we ingested in the morning would make sure the entire day would be counted for lost. Ugh.
