Tonight: KEPA3 Gallery Opening
Tonight from 5:30 to 9:00 KEPA3 is celebrating an opening and silent auction of the work of Peter Fowler. The show is called: The Second Annual Peter Fowler Retrospective and Silent Auction. It is a chance to set your own price on original works. Winning bids will be final at 9:00 sharp. Free delivery within buffalo area for larger pieces. Bring or tell friends. This event is being hed in the new gallery space near Main Street. Past openings have been a real blast as the space is incredibly dynamic.

American Axle Plant Sold
A large chunk of Buffalo’s industrial past has a new owner. East Delevan Property LLC, a subsidiary of Ontario Specialty Contracting, purchased the empty, 1.275 million sq.ft. American Axle plant located at 1001 E. Delevan Avenue near Bailey Avenue. Buffalo-based Ontario Specialty Contracting paid $1.26 million for the property. This project is both a success and a failure. Both productive and counterproductive. I like it and I hate it.
