Quick change! Scott Celani along with Kevin McCarthy have been added to tonight's Thursday @ the Square.

Contacted last night about tonight's performance, Celani is happy to be filling the bill. "I tour regularly, but since I'm closing on a new house this weekend, I just happened to be available!" Celani said.

Martin Sexton won't be performing tonight due to a family health issue, according to Buffalo Place's Stephen Joseph. T@S alum, Mike Doughty, originally scheduled to open for Sexton, will move to headliner, while McCarthy plays the first set, followed by Celani.

"My group and I have had a great relationship with Buffalo Place, and we're honored to be a part of tonight's show. Also, we'll be performing songs from our last release Wired for Nostalgia, as well as new material from our upcoming release," Celani said. Joseph is pleased with the way things worked out too.

"In the 11 years I've been doing this, this is the shortest cancellation notice I've had," Joseph said of last night's call from Sexton.

"But this is the City of Good Neighbors, and we're all pulling for Martin and his family. There are a lot of people helping to make this happen tonight, and I'm just happy the show's going on," Joseph said. "Now we just need Mother Nature to cooperate. She owes us one or two."

Just hope Stephen Joseph @ B. Place is paying the locals decently. Had him offer a band I was in and booked $25./man for the opening slot. "This opportunity will make your career.", said Joseph. Shameful.
