Pre-Holiday Shopping at the Market Arcade

Saturday, Nov. 5, from 9-5, the Market Arcade will be filled with local artists and craftspeople selling unique and creative holiday gifts. Organized by New Age Expressions, vendors will offer items ranging from jewelry to pampering body products to homemade journals and cards. There will be fine desserts, original paintings, and upscale women's clothing. There will be...well, come check it out for yourself. And feel particularly good knowing the event is also serving as a fundraiser for Literacy Volunteers of America, Buffalo & Erie County. The group's mission is to improve the literacy skills of adults by training volunteers as tutors. The services they provide are free to residents of Erie County.
