Going out on a limb...
Ok. We want you to move to Buffalo. Plain and simple. Over the past couple years I have heard that there are a lot of folks who want to move into the city... but there are a few that can't find the ideal location. Or there is a bidding war. Or the price is high. Or whatever. So I am going out on a limb to find you/them the house of your/their dreams. No guarantees mind you, but over the years I have met a few people here and there that have thrown me a few bones. We are not affiliated with any real estate agent. We are merely fulfilling a 'non binding' obligation to the city in which we live. Hey, we drive up and down these side streets every day. Who better to give you an unbiased opinion as to what you might be looking for than us? Our goal (if you have not figured it out yet) is to get you back to Buffalo... or if you are already in the area, find you a place in the city. There are no obligations. What do we need to accomplish this goal? A couple of questions answered. What are your requirements? What area in the city are you looking to move to? How many rooms? What sort of amenities? What is your price point? Wood floors? Fireplace? Yard? Come on. We'll try our damnest to find you that house! Send me an email.
