Delish!!!!!!!!!

The classes offered at Delish! are designed to teach as well as inspire you to create exciting new dishes. Their chefs teach the simplest ways to prepare well-known favorites while introducing classes to new techniques and ingredients in order to make something spectacular out of what was just an old favorite.
Delish! is an amusing and relaxed setting for learning the skills of cooking and baking taught by talented chefs from a wide variety of culinary backgrounds. Delish! supplies all the ingredients and serves up wine to sip while classes listen and learn. Whatis the best part? Sampling the dishes that are served up during the classes.

The classes are $45 and include 3 courses from that particular region or country. I'm starting out with a broad range, like "Foods & Wine from Italy" then if there is an interest, I'll break it down into particular regions of those countries. They should be fun. Since its founding, Medaille has grown into a well-known, private, four-year college with their main campus located in the historic Olmsted Crescent in the heart of Buffa …
