Buffalo's Chefs Throw a Party for Charity...And You're Invited!
For those interested in pursuing a culinary career, there will be information about the many culinary programs available in our region. Guests will also enjoy live music and ice carving demonstrations.
In the past the ACF has hosted a very popular Chefs' Brunch, but this year's foray into something different should pique the interest of newcomers and satisfy those who are fans of this annual gathering of Buffalo's culinary-minded.
The American Culinary Federation of Greater Buffalo fundraiser will be held Sunday April 27th at Shanghai Red’s from 11:30AM – 3:00PM. Tickets are $25 can be purchased online at www.acfofbuffalo.net. A portion of the event's proceeds go to benefit the Chef and Child Foundation, a organization that works to educate children about nutrition.
At Taste of Culinary, not only will you eat well, but it will be for a good cause.

Being in the Bay area and Northern California for the last 2 years, I can see my already beloved Buffalo with new eyes. More importantly, after studying culinary arts and working within the field, I can taste the city with a new palate. There were so many exciting changes this year at the Taste of Buffalo, I was anxious to listen to the bands, watch the cooking demos and taste all of the wonderful food.
