Buffalo Memorial Aud Commemorated by New Era Cap

Buffalo Memorial Aud Commemorated by New Era Cap

Story Options

Buffalo Rising Magazine commemorates the Aud in this month's issue, with a poignant cover story by Dan Fisher, and New Era is doing the same in the form of a black cashmere, limited edition cap.

Just in time for this weekend's long-awaited auction of memorabilia from the “Aud,” New Era Cap has created 200 of the caps.

Each one is embroidered, and as you can see from the pictures here, the right side reads "1 of 200" while the back of the cap salutes the Aud with a logo that reads "Farewell Old Friend".

New Era will have a booth at the Buffalo Convention Center this weekend, where they'll sell the commemorative caps for $50. These special caps will also be available at the New Era Buffalo flagship in downtown Buffalo on Saturday, and if there are any left--but don't count on it--online at www.neweracap.com after the auction.

Non-fitted caps with alternative designs honoring the Aud will also be available for $20.

lol, for men a nice shirt for $100 or so from the "ultimate mens shop" is to much, "damsel in a dress" was to pricey for women [both closed by the way], yet I bet at 50 bucks these stupid things will fly off the shelf. The only thing I admire about these hats is New Era is smart enough to capitalize on the stupidity of the people that will purchase them.
