341 Linwood Avenue is one of the etypicali homes found on this amazing street recently featured by Steel.

Always wondered what it looked like inside? Unfortunately it is the closing of the Executive Performance Center that is giving real estate and city home loving junkies a peak. For those not fortunate enough to have been pampered in these luxe surroundings, me included, Hunt Real Estate gives us a look.

Here are the details; courtesy of the listing brochure:

A unique opportunity to own a beautifully renovated 6,420 sq. ft. mansion with executive conference center, day spa, and gym. From the welcoming grand foyer and staircase to the comfortable conference rooms to the iFeng Shuii-themed spa, the current owner has spared no expense to make this property a magnificent sight to see and experience. A unique blend of history and modern-day functionality, the building has been well-preserved with many original features intact, but has been updated with all of todayis luxuries including wireless internet access, handicapped accessibility, stereo system, and plasma screen televisions. The building also features a full kitchen and restrooms on each floor, some including showers.

Distinctive office space, day spa/salon, bed & breakfast, or conversion to apartments - the possibilities are endless!

Asking price: $895,000.

WestCoast - My deepest apologies, but we have it listed at $895,000, not $850,000.

Martin...I saw your beautiful gardens in the latest Buffalo Spree (I too am "green" with envy!)

Any ideas why they are closing? It was such a beautifully done building as well as the original concept - I loved the idea when I first read about it BRO.
