- Tom Waters is the author of five published books of essays and criticism (If They Can't Take A Joke, Clean Up After Me, I'm Irish: A Cheap Degenerate's Guide To Buffalo Bars, First Person, Last Straw, Zany Hijinx and Born Pissed) as well as two upcoming volumes of poetry (Breathing Room vol.I: Free Verse and Breathing Room Vol.II: rhymes & relics). He's been ferociously freelancing in Buffalo and beyond for the past ten years writing for The Buffalo News, ArtVoice, Buffalo Spree, Buffalo Beat, Blue Dog Press, Boys Night Out and a lot of other publications that are no longer in print. He currently writes a weekly column for Night Life magazine (Big Words I Know By Heart), contributes obsessively to Acid Logic web zine (www.acidlogic.com), blogs on Buffalo.com's YourHub project (www.yourhub.com) and has joined the family at Buffalo Risiing to embark on a series of celebrity interviews (Vox Populi) as well as tax deducting his comic book addiction by writing graphic novel reviews. He lives in Lancaster with his future-wife Lindsay and their adopted cat Allie. Oh, and he's 32. And one more thing: he neurotically updates his official site: www.tomfoolery4.wordpress.com.
