- Interests:
- Swimming & sailing in the summer. Skating & skiing in the winter. Finding time to work on my second major house restoration; the first - a long vacant property on Lafayette near Main - took 5 years & $150k, & sold 20 years later for $60k - clear evidence that my interests have never included "common business sense 101."
- Favorite Movies:
- My Life as a House (too easy to resist).
- Favorite Music:
- Marley on the beach, U2 on the open road, and Sinatra in the wee small hours of the morning...
- Favorite Books:
- The Red & the Black (in high school), The 7 Habits...(in mid-career), The Places You'll Go (for reading to my children), and The 5 People You Meet in Heaven (on skating past 50). Or any good book on cities and urban development.
