Construction Watch: Federal Courthouse
Agreed PaulBuffalo, it does kinda look line a pitcher of water; but wouldn't a pitcher of beer be more apropos for Buffalo? An amber tint to the courthouse facade could remind some of the entrants why they are there in there in the first place.
