The Next Iron Chef: Premier
Cleveland's culinary world is quite impressive and is worth a weekend trip. Lola is an obvious recommendation, but also try fire, Lolita (Michael Symon's other restaurant, and my favorite), and the new Light Bistro. That should win you over.
