Subsidizing in this city is out of control. If i could destroy anything in the city it would be the Jasper Parish Projects on Hertel and Military. They have ruined Black Rock. Next the skyway, after that Pano's, purely out of spite for knocking down the Atwater house. Next on the hitlist would be all Walgreens chains, b/c their track record for knocking down historic buildings is astounding.
