    teacherchick is spot on. Dirty Dozen Brass Band shoot be a hoot on a warm August night. and Joan Osborne can sing her face off. to the critics: 1. it's free 2. it's free 3. it's free just go, have some fun, and enjoy the city as the backdrop.

    i don't want to hate, but i have got to agree with carl on this one. the potential is there, just misguided. if you want to "engage a younger crowd", don't charge $10 to see John and Mary while sitting on some steps. the exhibits may be more all…

    that building dominates the view out my work window, and it's straight up uuugly. shameful. i'm not a civic planner or an architect, but i'll be happy to not see it anymore.
