- Hi everyone. I'm a single gay male who lives in the Theater District. I made a conscious decsion to move downtown 3 years ago and have enjoyed every minute of it. I gave up a 3 bedroom house with an in ground pool in Snyder so that I could enjoy all the fruits of the city. The dining, nightlife, festivals, architecture, and entertainment is second to none.
