Born, raised, educated and employed in WNY. I have been fortunate enough to travel all over North America and many countries abroad, all of which has deepened my appreciation for what Buffalo is and what is has to offer. R&D on ceramic membranes is my day job.

Interests:
Played soccer and hockey my whole life. Recently took up running 5K's in an effort to stay fit without abusing my body as much. Photography, landscaping and being a DIY'er take up the bulk of my free time.
Favorite Movies:
Matrix trilogy, Lord of the Rings trilogy, original Star Wars trilogy, Ocean's 11 remake (not 12), Better Off Dead and a whole lot more.
Favorite Music:
Electronica, Techno, NIN, Peter Gabriel, Depeche Mode and Party Favorites on Digital Cable for a change of pace.
Favorite Books:
What's a book? ; D Fahreheit 451, Catch 22...apparently I only read books with numbers in their title!

    @ Colin - gaustad has come to Buffalo to point out everything that is wrong and chew bubble gum, and he is all out of bubble gum! Actually one of the most entertaining fight scenes in that movie, too.

    I think we should consolidate all of these "Development Corporations". Sprawl is bad enough without there being sprawl in the entities with the ability to fight sprawl. Sheesh.
