    Regarding the Queen City Hub Plan - Has this idea been taken up seriously by any politician or policymaker? I have perused the plan and find it both fascinating and exciting if the various items are implemented, appropriate here to the reopening…

    Charger: Agreed. Niagara Center is an urban design disaster and the Oak/Elm stuff as might as well be in Reston, Irvine, or suburban Jersey.
