Hello. I'm a "regular" visitor to Buffalo Rising and Buffalo Pundit as well as Bruce Jackson's site. I live in Colorado, but grew up in the Great Lakes "snow belt" and want to return there.

    I don't think this is a building worth fighting for unless there's an 'adaptle' reuse out there waiting for it. Supply/demand economics have to be in balance for it to be viable. How may deli/lottery ticket/liquor storescan Niagara Street support? …
