    The ciity of Buffalo is over 40% African American. I do not see why having a podium is such a big deal. Mayor Brown may not be the best Mayor in the history of city government, but I think he is doing a solid job.

    I think Mayor Brown has done a good job as Mayor. He handled the October storm well. There have been nice infrastructure upgrades in the city. Downtown development is moving at a good pace. There are security cameras in bad neighborhoods. He has do…
